We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our Spa and Health Club Team at the exclusive Culloden Estate & Spa .
Under the leadership of our Spa Manager, Judith Hogg, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality. We want to help you to develop your skills and offer an extensive range of learning and development opportunities.
The successful candidate can expect to work either on a casual basis, or part-time contracted hours (up to 3 days per week) including weekends, to assist in covering the variety of classes available to our guests and members.
The salary for this position is £9 - £12.40 per hour depending on your age.

About The Role
To be responsible for delivering fitness instruction and guidance for the greatest enjoyment of the guests and maximum profit contribution to the hotel.
* To conduct various exercise classes and fitness assessments.
* To provide a range of leisure pursuits within your competancy to maximise customer expectations.
* To provide the highest standards of service to guests, ensuring all guests needs and expectations are met.
* To ensure all equipment and materials are used in correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
* To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
* To maintain the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
* To maintain the presentation of the Spa & Healthclub in accordance with Hastings standards.
* To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
* To ensure that guest concerns, complaints and difficulties are dealt with courteously and efficiently, reporting them to the Manager on duty.
* To ensure all guest enquires are handled efficiently and effectively.
* To assist with monitoring and maintenance of leisure plant, fixtures and facilities.
* Any other duties as required by managements.

* Excellent ability to build rapport and develop relationships with clients
* Exceptional communication skills
* NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Fitness Instructing
* A right to work within the United Kingdom
