HR ADMINISTRATOR - PART TIME 20 hours a week (pattern to be discussed) £13.40 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator or an experienced Administrator – this role would suit a working parent or maybe an experienced HR/Administrator looking for part time hours and is based in their fantastic offices in Weston – Super – Mare. The working hours will be 20 hours per week and how you work them is up for discussion. The role Reporting into the Head of HR you will support and enhance the day to day HR operations – you will work across areas such as Recruitment, Training and Development, employee benefits and performance appraisals – You will play a key role in maintaining a positive employee experience alongside ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services to the Group. Day to day you could be Co-ordinating the end to end recruitment process Support, plan and help deliver training sessions or external courses Action the administration of employee benefits Co-ordinate the performance review process Carry out general HR administration tasks The skills and experience needed Proven experience in an HR Administrative role or General Administrative Knowledge of HR processes Strong organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite What you will receive Competitive salary Life assurance Subsidised gym membership Loyalty discounts
