Theyre growing, literally and figuratively, and are looking for a confident, plant-savvy individual to fill their brand-new Sales Executive role.

The Role As a Sales Executive, youll be part of a small, knowledgeable team working with trade customers across the UK.
This is a busy, varied role with a mix of sales, customer service, and stock management responsibilities.
Day-to-day, youll: Communicate with customers via phone and email, processing orders and managing expectations.
Handle face-to-face sales with visitors on site (appointments and drop-ins) Support trade customers ranging from experienced landscapers to newcomers in horticulture.
Advise on plant suitability, specifications, and availability.
Help coordinate dispatch and ensure orders are processed accurately.
Update stock levels and manage data across 9,000 lines using their in-house system (training provided).
Assist with stock control and occasional physical tasks like helping load smaller orders.
Collaborate closely with the wider sales and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly.
This isnt a cold-calling or business development role

Its about building trust, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right plants.
About You Youll have experience working in a commercial nursery, garden centre or plant sales environment.
Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and managing multiple enquiries.
Comfortable talking to plants with a range of customers
- from expert landscapers to those still learning.
Solid computer literacy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Hands-on and proactive
- youre as comfortable walking the nursery as you are handling customer calls.
Organised, accurate, and calm under pressure.
