Senior Site Manager Location: Ashford Contract Type: Freelance Salary: £270 - £320 a day depending on experience The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a major residential construction project. The scheme involves the demolition of an existing building followed by the construction of a new reinforced concrete (RC) frame apartment block. You will lead the site from enabling works through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
