Site Manager Required - School Fit-Out Project - St Ives, Cambridgeshire (PE27) We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week school fit-out project with a contract value of £700,000, based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire (PE27). Start Date: Wednesday 7th May Duration: 10 Weeks Rate: £280 - £320 per day (depending on experience) Working Hours: 07:30 AM - 5:00 PM Duties Will Include: Managing day-to-day operations on site Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure project milestones are met Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control Keeping accurate site records and reporting progress Liaising with clients and consultants where required Requirements: Relevant site management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) Proven experience managing fit-out projects, ideally within the education sector A current DBS check is highly desirable Strong leadership and communication skills Full PPE Professional references If you're available and meet the criteria, please apply with your full CV .
