This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a collaborative HR team supporting essential services across NI and ROI. Key Responsibilities: Managing full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of roles Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs Writing engaging job advertisements and coordinating interview processes Supporting sourcing activity through a variety of recruitment channels Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking systems Ensuring recruitment processes remain compliant with GDPR and internal policies Visiting services and engaging with managers to understand operational requirements The Ideal Candidate 1-2 years' experience in recruitment (internal or agency) Experience managing recruitment campaigns from initial brief through to offer stage Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment Degree in HR or Business would be advantageous What's In It for You?
