As we expand in the UK and US markets, we are seeking a visionary Part-Time Recruiting Head to lead our recruitment function and play a pivotal role in shaping our growth journey.
What You'll Do
* Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (clients & candidates) in the UK/US markets
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with employers and jobseekers
* Mentor and guide junior recruiters, establishing best practices and scalable systems
* Drive business development, client acquisition, and candidate engagement strategies
* Collaborate with the leadership team to align recruitment strategies with business goals
* Contribute to strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment in the UK or US markets (engineering/technical recruitment is a plus)
* Strong leadership background with experience in managing teams or leading projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle both clients and candidates effectively
* Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and able to thrive in a startup environment
* Ambition to grow into a co-founder/leadership role in the company
