Reporting directly to the HR Manager this is an excellent first level HR support role that would suit someone with previous experience working in an HR department to gain broad exposure supporting across all areas of HR and working with different stakeholders - a great opportunity to gain valuable HR experience working in a busy operational HR department for a global company with strong values.
The key purpose of the role will be to support a busy HR department gaining exposure across a wide area of different aspects of HR working to high standards whilst gaining great knowledge and exposure to all areas of HR.
Key Accountabilities
Support and assist in the recruitment process
Coordinate on-boarding activities
Conducting data-driven analysis to identify trends and patterns
Maintenance of the Training database and matrix
Absence management to include processing return to work documents, data collection and analysing and reviewing absence docs identifying triggers points and trends
Supporting and assisting with investigations, disciplinaries, probationary reviews, and absence meetings.
Assist with HR related projects such as steamlining processes ie moving to paperless, re-organising of databases etc
Management of employment records and documentation
Support and assist with the recruitment process
Support and assist with the on-boarding and induction process
Management of Agency ensuring headcount is accurate
