Due to continued success and future business growth, we have exciting opportunities for Site Managers to join our developments in and around the Derby area. To be considered, you will have worked for a new homes' developer as a Site Manager previously.
The Role

Key duties and requirements
Our Site Managers are key to each development, managing the planning and implementation of the site build program within our onsite construction functions. Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Managing the effective compliance, control, and deployment of the site while delivering the product on time, within budget, and to Avant Homes standards.
* Managing the development to maintain order and deliver the build program.
* Engaging fully in determining and agreeing on development build activities.
* Taking ownership of onsite labor and subcontractor activities, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
* Managing communication with customers.
* Promoting a customer-focused culture.
* Attending weekly sales and build site meetings.
* Assisting in producing key status reports and updates on KPIs.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Site Manager for a new homes developer, with strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to relate to all levels of staff and stakeholders. A flexible attitude towards business needs is essential.
You must also possess:
* A full UK driving license.
* A relevant qualification or proven experience in Construction Management; SMSTS qualification is essential.
* Excellent knowledge of construction build programs.
* Commercial awareness.
* Knowledge of codes of practice impacting construction, e.g., NHBC, Building Regulations.
* Technical knowledge related to construction activities and design management regulations.
