The role
Salary: £49,387 - 56,515 per year Requirements: We require specialist knowledge and expertise gained through a degree-level or equivalent qualification and/or relevant experience. We require specialist knowledge across several relevant areas, developed through practical experience and training. We would value experience with Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, SharePoint and Teams administration, or similar Microsoft platform expertise. We would value certifications such as M365 Administrator Expert, Power Platform Functional Consultant or Developer Associate. We would value certification in Purview configuration or Copilot Studio development/admin. Responsibilities: We will build and support Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions that help our employees work effectively and efficiently. We will work within agile multidisciplinary teams to design, build and maintain solutions in Microsoft 365, the Power Platform and Copilot Studio. We will proactively identify new Microsoft roadmap functionality that could improve end-user productivity and efficiency. We will work with users and business stakeholders to demonstrate and prototype possible technical solutions. We will consider both functional and non-functional requirements and constraints when designing solutions. We will actively contribute to developing and managing agile backlogs of work. We will support live services through monitoring, incident resolution, performance optimisation and continual improvement, including rota-based third-line support. We will share knowledge, mentor colleagues and help develop Microsoft platform capability within the team.
