East Farleigh Primary School - Site Manager / Senior Caretaker
East Farleigh Primary School is seeking a skilled, motivated, and dependable Site Manager / Senior Caretaker to join our friendly team and help realize our vision for the entire school community.
Under the direction of the Headteacher, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Managing all health and safety aspects of the site
2. General maintenance of the building and grounds
3. Project management of specific work, liaising with contractors
4. Ensuring the security of the premises
5. Other duties associated with supporting the school's facilities
Occasional unsocial hours may be required, as you will be the primary key holder for the site. For a detailed list of duties, please refer to the attached job description.
Previous experience in premises or general maintenance is preferred. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, a confident communicator, and possess good time management skills to prioritize tasks and use their initiative effectively. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.

This is a permanent, part-time position (27.5 hours per week, paid at Kent Scheme D pro-rata) with flexible working hours, which will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.
