Our monthly content shoots are designed to efficiently capture and deliver a pipeline of ready-to-use social content for the month ahead. We work with businesses who value their time and want results, ensuring our content not only looks good but also drives engagement and leads. Our approach focuses on creating, testing, and optimising to help brands stand out, build trust, and grow locally.
The Role
* Freelance
* This is a fully-remote role
* Commission-Based (SME Video Content, Cornwall & Devon Only)
* Source, qualify, and close all leads yourself – you own the full sales cycle, working only with businesses in Cornwall & Devon.
* Act as the champion of our service, helping SMEs understand the value of professional video content
* Use your own approach – as long as it delivers results, we're happy
* Respectful, professional interactions with clients are essential
* You'll have full access to pitch decks, proposals, and case studies to help you close deals efficiently
* A short onboarding will familiarise you with our service and value proposition
Why This Role is Exciting:

* Commission is paid once the client's first payment is successfully received
* Flexible hours – work when and how it suits you
* Commission rewards per client:
* 3-month package: £300
* 6-month package: £400
* 12-month package: £500
* After completing this phase, there will be opportunities to continue growing with the business on a freelance basis as we scale
* Top performers may have the chance to shape the sales strategy and grow with the business
Who We're Looking For:
* Experienced in B2B sales, ideally in marketing or creative services
* Confident pitching over video, phone, or in-person
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial
* Recognises the value of video content for SMEs and can communicate this clearly
* Must be able to focus exclusively on
clients in Cornwall & Devon
