Overview
First Choice Selection Services Ltd is seeking 3 Administration Support Officers to work in the finance division of the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. The posts are located at Ulster Hospital, Belfast; Downe Hospital; Downpatrick Lagan Valley Hospital; Lisburn. The role will be for an initial period of three months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm, at an hourly rate of £12.75.
Responsibilities
* Input, process, monitor and validate financial information ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Provide high‑quality administrative support to the finance team.
* Ensure financial information is processed in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Maintain and assist with various reconciliations of control accounts.
* Assist compliance with the Public Sector Prompt Payment Policy.
Qualifications
* GCSE (Grade A* – C) including English and Maths.
* At least one year of administrative or clerical experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
