MadiganGill are currently looking for experienced Lead Labourer / Ganger for a long-term project in Bridgwater (TA6).
Role Details:
* Leading and coordinating a team of labourers
* Assisting with general labouring and site duties
* Communicating with site management to ensure smooth daily operations
* Helping maintain site safety and housekeeping standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Lead Labourer / Ganger
* CSCS card required
* No SSSTS needed
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable and proactive attitude
