This is a high-impact role with the support ofan HR Officer, perfect for a proactive, strategic HR professional ready to take ownership of culture, policy, people strategy, and organisational development in a scaling business. The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will: Lead the HR, OD, and Payroll function (payroll is outsourcedyoull oversee, not process). Shape a values-led culture and performance-focused environment. Drive strategic initiatives across engagement, succession planning, talent, and L&D. Advise senior leaders, using data and insights to inform decision-making. Develop and continuously improve policies, processes, and people's experience. What Youll Bring 5+ years of post-grad HR experience with a strong generalist background. Proven experience in a leadership/management HR role. Excellent knowledge of NI/UK employment law. Strategic mindset with strong influencing and communication skills. CIPD qualified (or working towards). Bonus if youve built HR functions in scaling businesses or worked in regulated industries.
