WLMG Reading MG is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our thriving dealership. We are experiencing significant growth and are looking for a passionate individual to contribute to our continued success.
The Role:
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and used vehicles, as well as associated products (finance, insurance, accessories).
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
* Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and presentations.
* Effectively manage the sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
* Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
What We Offer:
* Competitive basic salary of £20,000.
* Excellent earning potential through commission structure.
* Rota-based schedule with a fixed day off during the week and alternating Sundays.
* Working hours: Monday-Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm, Sunday 10:30am-4:30pm.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Clean UK driving licence.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Enthusiastic and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
