This exciting new project involves the construction of 6 houses in Suffolk.
Your responsibilities will include training, leadership, and support to optimise performance, along with the folowing:
- ✔️Motivating the site team of operatives and sub-contractors.
- ✔️Planning and executing build programmes and sequences.
- ✔️Inspecting work during construction and providing necessary advice and support.
- ✔️Staying updated with customer care issues and addressing them promptly.
This role suits those with experience in house building or construction, who have managed schemes from start to finish.
