NES Fircroft are currently recruiting a Welding Resource Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading provider in the UK engineering & services industry. The role will be based in Tipton, West Midlands. This is an initial 12 month temporary contract, with possibility of becoming a long-term/permanent opportunity. Mon-Fri, 37.5hrs per week – hybrid working 3 days in the office. Purpose of the Role The Welding Resource Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating and managing welding personnel to support operational requirements across the business. The role requires a strong understanding of welding disciplines, materials and industry sectors to ensure the effective deployment of suitably qualified and experienced personnel. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, hiring managers and external stakeholders to identify resource requirements, assess candidate suitability and maintain a robust pipeline of welding talent to meet current and future business demands.
