This is a leadership role within the estates team, requiring a mix of strategic planning and hands-on maintenance oversight.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
* Operations Oversight: Managing the daily schedule for the caretaking and cleaning teams and acting as the primary key holder for the site.
* Compliance Lead: Ensuring the school meets all statutory requirements for Health and Safety, fire safety, and water hygiene.
* Project Liaison: Supervising external contractors and managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure the site remains in peak condition.
