Responsibilities
* Serve as the trusted first point of contact and central role in delivering high‑quality, accurate, and compliant HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
* Manage busy HR inboxes; process new starters, coordinate references, and lead pre‑employment checks.
* Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure data protection compliance.
* Handle employee changes, including contract updates, role amendments, and leaver processes, working closely with the payroll team for timely updates.
* Support benefit schemes and deliver key annual processes such as holiday rollovers and pay reviews.
* Contribute to HR reporting and system management by maintaining trackers, preparing reports, and using Excel to present key metrics.
* Communicate clearly with stakeholders and participate in cross‑functional projects to drive continuous improvement across the People & Culture Directorate.
Qualifications
* Organised, detail‑focused HR Coordinator with experience across the full employee lifecycle.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Excel for data maintenance, compliance checks, and employee change management.
* Strong communication, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
* Adaptable, enjoys streamlining processes, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
