Snows BYD & Snows Car Centre Newbury is seeking an energetic, focused Sales Executive to join our showroom in Newbury, selling new and used cars. BYD is a new brand for Snows, presenting an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing brands worldwide. With five excellent models and more upcoming, BYD is poised for rapid growth, and we need someone to manage the high volume of enquiries. The role also offers the opportunity to sell non-franchise used vehicles.
While experience is advantageous, a willingness to learn, listen, and succeed is essential. The ideal candidate will have delivered exceptional customer service, enjoy building rapport, and be eager to sell our products. Full training on our cars and systems will be provided.

Daily Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop prospects, understand customer needs, and guide them to suitable products.
2. Demonstrate vehicle options, conduct test drives, and explain features.
3. Negotiate prices, payment methods, and finance options within company guidelines.
4. Participate in training to meet company objectives.
5. Coordinate with Sales Administration for vehicle availability, order processing, and scheduling services.
6. Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
7. Plan daily sales activities, including prospecting and outreach.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless customer service.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Quick learner with good communication skills
* Hardworking, adaptable, and detail-oriented
* Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to market changes
* Proficient with PC, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00
* Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00
* Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 (rota basis)
