Enkonix is an international technology consultancy and software house that specialises in building cutting-edge, custom software solutions for both established and scaling businesses. With an established reputation and delivery engine, we’re now scaling our commercial team in the UK, and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive who’s ready to make their mark and work as one of the founding members of the UK commercial team.
This isn’t a churn-and-burn outbound sales role where you’re expected to cold-call 80+ people a day. You’ll be supported by a dedicated lead generation function, giving you warm, qualified opportunities to nurture, shape, and close. We want someone with the experience and credibility to own conversations with clients, work consultatively, and help expand our presence in key verticals like Supply Chain, Real Estate, and E-Learning.

What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the sales cycle from initial warm leads up to deal closure with new clients.
* Work closely with inbound and outbound lead generation to qualify and convert high-potential opportunities coming through the pipeline.
* Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to craft tailored software solutions for client needs and ensure smooth delivery.
* Build relationships with senior-level decision-makers, with a focus on long-term partnership.
* Represent Enkonix in client meetings, pitches, and networking events.
* Actively contribute to refining the sales approach, process, and tooling as part of a growing team.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
* Experience in B2B sales roles, preferably within custom software development, SaaS, or technology consulting.
* Proven track record of closing new business and working consultatively with clients.
* Confidence and credibility in front of decision-makers, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Comfortable operating with autonomy and taking ownership in a scaling and entrepreneurial environment and brining positive attitude to work.
* Based in London and available to work on-site 5 days a week in central London office.
* Fluent English skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Exposure to clients in the US market or experience in international sales.
* Background or working knowledge in one or more of our core verticals: Supply Chain, E-Learning, Real Estate.
* Familiarity with Agentic AI, automation, and related emerging technologies.
* Experience working with or selling alongside offshore distributed development teams
* Ambitious individual, keen to move into a leadership or strategic role over time.
