Core Responsibilities & Scope Operational Leadership: Overseeing the site team and managing the day-to-day operation of the academy's campus facilities. Compliance & Safety: Full responsibility for H&S compliance, fire safety, and ensuring all statutory inspections across the site. Lettings & Usage: Managing the logistical and security aspects of school lettings and community use during evenings and weekends. Compensation & Benefits Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Salary Range: £38,000 - £46,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
