I am working with an international construction firm, and we are seeking a Senior HR Manager with a solid understanding of UK employment regulations to join a the London-based UK Head Office.
The Role:
As Senior HR Manager, you will take full ownership of all HR functions across our UK operations. Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director and Group HR Director, you will lead a wide remit including:
* Full-cycle recruitment
* Implementation and management of an HR ERP system
* Oversight of payroll, onboarding, training & development
* Ensuring compliance with all local UK employment laws and regulations
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent judgment, initiative, and the ability to implement scalable HR systems while staying rooted in legal compliance.
Pre-requisites:
* You will have 10 years of progressive HR experience
* Strong knowledge of UK employment compliance & regulation + HR systems/ERP
* Ideally experience in the construction industry
* Degree qualified
