Project Sales Executive
Location: Sidcup
Salary: £30,000 – Depending on experience
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, personable Sales Executive to help grow our client base by selling lift maintenance contracts. You’ll contact prospective clients, arrange site visits, and provide maintenance quotes — all backed by our 7 years of built-up leads and access to public tenders.
We are a major and well-known Lift company. Due to our expanding lift service portfolio, we are seeking a Contract Sales Executive in the London area.
What You’ll Do:
* Contact prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person
* Book and attend meetings to survey lifts and provide quotes
* Utilize our in-house client database (no cold calling required!)
* Respond to public and private tenders through online portals
What You’ll Need:
* Sales experience is helpful but not essential
* Smart appearance and confident, engaging communication skills
* Strong motivation to meet sales targets
* A consultative and professional approach
* Competitive salary plus commission per lift unit sold
* Company laptop, phone, and business cards
* 25 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holidays
* Extra day off for your birthday (after probation)
* Full EOR/202 training & NVQ Level 2 opportunities
* Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (1-hour lunch break)
Note:
This role is subject to a six-month probation period. Travel is required for client visits.
