The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated graduate to join the technical team and get hands-on with everything from food safety and quality to ethical trading and sustainability. You’ll play a key part in making sure fruit, veg, and salads meet the highest standards from farm to fork. You’ll be working with suppliers and growers from around the world, attending customer-facing meetings, conducting audits both in the UK and internationally, and supporting with internal systems and reporting. What You'll Be Doing: * Making real-world product quality decisions * Maintaining and managing supplier due diligence systems * Supporting ethical, sustainability, and food safety processes * Carrying out internal audits and global supplier visits * Assisting in managing specifications and customer databases * Attending meetings with UK retail giants to support the wider team * Benchmarking, sample prep, and KPI reporting * Taking ownership of supplier development and technical relationships What We’re Looking For: * A graduate with strong communication and organisational skills * Computer literate with confident Excel skills * Keen to travel and learn – both across the UK and internationally * A clean driving license is preferred but not essential * Full training and career development will be provided – this business is proud to invest in its people.
