We’re a small but growing business and we’re looking for a people-focused HR Manager to join our team. This is a role where you’ll have the chance to shape how we support, develop, and look after our people as we continue to grow. What you’ll be doing: * Acting as the go-to person for all HR advice and support across the business. * Taking ownership of the full employee journey – from recruitment and onboarding through to development, wellbeing, and beyond. * Creating and updating policies that are practical, people-friendly, and legally sound. * Supporting managers with employee relations in a fair and constructive way. * Looking after payroll, benefits, and HR systems in partnership with finance. * Driving initiatives to build engagement, learning, and a positive workplace culture. * Advising the leadership team on HR matters and helping us grow in the right way. About you: * You’ve got solid HR experience, ideally in a small or growing company. * You know your way around UK employment law but balance this with a common-sense, people-first approach. * You’re confident working independently, but you also enjoy being part of a close-knit team. * CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) would be great, but the right mindset matters most. * You’r...
