We’ll make sure you’re fully trained on product updates, EV/hybrid benefits, and finance options so you can confidently tailor recommendations to each customer.

As a Sales Executive at Vertu Peugeot Derby, you’ll manage the full customer journey—from first contact to handover and beyond:

* Engage and qualify walk‑ins, online enquiries, and phone leads; build rapport and understand needs.
* Present new and used vehicles, highlight trim/tech options, and conduct engaging, safe test drives.
* Provide clear, FCA‑compliant finance and insurance presentations; structure offers to match customer budgets.
* Appraise part‑exchanges accurately and work with management to secure competitive deals.
* Manage your pipeline in our CRM, maintain accurate paperwork, and deliver exceptional handovers.
* Proactively prospect your database for renewals, referrals, and local business opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

* Automotive sales experience (12+ months)as a Sales Executive (or similar).
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable on the phone, in person, and via digital channels.
* Customer‑first mindsetwith a passion for delivering a premium experience.
* Flexibility to work weekends(most Saturdays; Sundays always off).
* Full UK driver’s licence (Manual and Automatic).

You’ll need a full UK driving licence. If successful, we’ll complete standard employment checks (recent employment verification, address and credit history). We may also conduct a criminal record (DBS) check and a DVLA licence check.
