Staffline is recruiting HR Administrator in Peterborough.
The rate of pay is £ per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed day shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4pm
- 9am to 5pm
Your Time at Work
As an HR Administrator, your duties include:
- Controlling the daily management of the payroll system
- Maintaining HR records and spreadsheets and ensuring personal records are kept up to date
- Providing comprehensive, professional and effective HR Generalist support to ensure the site culture and engagement levels are in line
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect HR Administrator will be a good communicator and organised. You will have basic HR knowledge.
A CIPD Level 3 Human Resources qualification is preferred but not essential.
HR Administrators will be competent with IT systems and familiar with HR systems, TA and payroll.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
