We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager with a strong civils background for a freelance position based in the East Riding of Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a multistorey car park project from the ground up.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations and ensure project milestones are met
*
Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
*
Enforce health & safety standards and ensure full compliance
*
Report progress to senior management and attend site meetings
*
Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and suppliers
*
Monitor quality and resolve site issues efficiently
✅ Requirements:
*
Proven track record managing civil engineering projects, ideally including multistorey structures
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), and First Aid certified
*
Strong understanding of groundworks, concrete, drainage, and structural elements
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
