Job Opportunity: Sales Trainee
We are collaborating with a well-established Cambridgeshire-based manufacturer with over two decades of experience in supplying products to the consumer and B2B construction markets. They are seeking a trainee for their sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity as you will receive coaching to succeed in sales, gaining the tools for a career in sales and potential internal promotion based on your performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively reach out to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell.
2. Support and maintain a strong sales pipeline from enquiry to order.
3. Keep customer data up to date in a CRM system.
4. Collaborate with Marketing to share promotional materials and campaigns.
5. Support regional sales teams as needed.
6. Share insights and opportunities with the wider sales team to drive growth.
Candidate Profile:
