Quant Developer (Python) | London
Front office aligned role within a central engineering team, focused on taking systematic strategies from research into production and supporting them in live environments.
This is a hands-on position with real ownership across the full lifecycle. You’ll be working directly with researchers and trading teams, building systems that are actively used in live decision making.
What you’ll be doing:
* Taking systematic strategies from research into production
* Building and maintaining production workflows around models
* Integrating with internal systems across trade and position flow
* Supporting live strategies and ensuring stability and correctness
* Working closely with researchers and traders on active strategies
What they’re looking for:
* Strong Python, ideally in a numerical or data-heavy context
* Experience in a front office or closely aligned environment
* Exposure to systematic workflows (backtesting, signals, production rollout)
* Understanding of derivatives, volatility or options
* Comfortable owning systems in production end to end
