They are looking for a Quality/Technical Manager who is highly adept at food safety and its impact on packaging. You will need to be used to delivering BRC AA standards within food packaging or food manufacturing environments.
This is a senior role for the organisation and as part of the SLT you will drive the technical, quality and food safety culture across the business, working cross-functionally in a CI focused business. Fundamentally, your experience and knowledge of current legislation and compliance around BRC, ISO, and HACCP systems will form the foundations, as will strong leadership and people development skills. But more than with other companies, this business will allow you to explore further into the fields of sustainability and Continuous Improvement, giving great breadth to your skill set and a more varied and interesting day-to-day job.
