Power Platform Developer
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re looking for a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support business-critical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale projects while having real technical ownership and influence.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to create scalable, well-designed low-code solutions that solve real business problems.
What you’ll be doing as a Power Platform Developer
* Designing and building solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
* Creating and optimising Power Automate flows
* Working with Dataverse, including data modelling, security roles, and integrations
* Building user-friendly, well-governed solutions aligned to best practice
* Supporting deployments, enhancements, and ongoing improvements
* Acting as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members
* Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions
What we’re looking for as the Power Platform Developer
* Strong experience developing on the Microsoft Power Platform
* Proven delivery of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate
* Solid understanding of Dataverse, data structures, and security
* Experience integrating with other systems via APIs or connectors
* Comfortable working in agile delivery environments
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setup
Nice to have
* Experience with governance, ALM, and solution packaging
* Exposure to Azure services or Microsoft 365 integrations
* Previous experience in a senior or lead developer role
