The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team in ensuring that all staff have a positive experience throughout the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities Provide accurate data, reporting, presentations, management information and analysis of the TAS workforce and related projects to support the HR&D organisation. Ensure relevant HR records are maintained (sickness, benefits, personal detail and employment record changes, maternity/paternity leave and general queries). Manage email enquiry systems and follow up and log within required service levels. Provide internal consultancy ensuring managers are familiar with and apply the relevant employment law and policies and procedures. Support managers with disciplinary, absence management, grievance and leavers resources. Monitor attrition and conduct exit interviews as required. Support and provide guidance on the performance review process as required. Complete surveys, set up meetings, copy, create files, record results and meeting minutes as required. To provide cover for team members as required and remain flexible in adjusting priorities to deliver the requirements of the team as a whole.
