About the Role:
This is an HR Manager opportunity which will involve working alongside an a small HR team to cover day to day HR operations throughout the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Management of all HR policies and procedures, renewing and updating as required
* Employee relations
* Supporting with recruitment across the business
* Managing annual performance review process
* Working with wider team to ensure company benefit schemes are up to date
* Keeping HR system up to date
* Keeping up to date with UK employment law.
Candidate Specification:
* Prior HR Management experience in a financial services setting
* Strong team-player, able to work independently as well as supporting colleagues as and when needed
* Strong knowledge and experience of Employee Relations
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
Additional Information
* Salary is up to £120K depending on experience and the business offer excellent additional benefits including a competitive discretionary bonus.
* Must have a 2 week or less notice period to apply.
* Hours are 9am - 6pm.
* Central London offices.
