Overview
We're hiring a Department Operations Assistant to work cross-functionally with our sales and hire teams. You'll keep internal processes running smoothly, handling day-to-day admin, communications, and task management to support our operational success.
Responsibilities
* Update and manage records and contact databases
* Schedule department meetings and coordinate logistics
* Be the main point of contact for hire enquiries (Thu-Fri)
* Provide support with sales enquiries (afternoons, Mon-Thu)
* Respond to emails and calls, prepare quotes, and follow up promptly
* Track project progress and flag potential delays
* Support internal communication across teams and with suppliers
* Order office supplies and equipment when needed
* Generate reports to inform weekly team meetings
* Pitch in with other admin tasks as required

* Detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-conscious
* Great communicator with a team-first attitude
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
* Able to manage competing demands and stay on top of priorities
