Job Title: Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and support the wider sales team. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop a career in sales, gain experience, and grow within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
* Process customer orders accurately
* Build positive relationships with customers
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling
* Support the sales team with account management and follow‑ups
* Resolve customer queries and order issues
* Maintain accurate records in CRM or other systems
Skills and Experience Required
* Motivated and professional with a sales‑focused mindset
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Confident on the phone and via email
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience with CRM systems is a bonus but not essential
