Product expert and be able to support customers with the right mortgage product. This sales role is available due to internal promotion. We offer true career and training opportunities, including qualifications in Mortgage Advice Practice (CeMAP) along progression opportunities both within our various sales teams or into other areas of the business.
Responsibilities
* Create sales opportunities through 'warm' inbound/outbound calls with direct customers.
* Have an appetite to learn about Together's products and underwriting criteria (you would be given full training) so you can refer customers that meet the requirements as prescribed within the lending policy.
* Consistently provide a high level of service to all customers, to maximise the potential from each call and help customers achieve their goals.
* Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to with all contacts so that regulatory requirements are met.
* Proven track record of customer service orientation and rapport building skills.
* Ideally experience of generating new leads and creating sales appointments.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Full use of Microsoft suite of products.
* Inbound sales and warm outbound calls to existing customers.
