Our client, a nationally recognised law firm with a strong reputation in employment law, is seeking a senior Employment lawyer with a combination of contentious and non-contentious experience. About the Role As a Managing Associate in the Employment team, you'll work across a diverse range of clients and sectors, handling complex employment law matters with a strategic and commercial approach. Your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive employment law and HR support across various business sectors, including: Financial services Retail and consumer Energy Transport Other key industry sectors Managing both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, such as: Complex tribunal litigation Whistleblowing and business protection issues Major restructuring and outsourcing projects HR advisory work Employment contract and policy drafting Developing and maintaining close client relationships Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas and industry groups Contributing to business development efforts Exploring innovative tools like AI to enhance service delivery Mentoring and developing less experienced colleagues Engaging in continuous professional development Thinking strategically about client needs and service improvement This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality matters for significant clients, with genuine autonomy and support from an experienced team.
