As a Human Resources Officer, you will support the lifecycle of Shinra’s diverse workforce—spanning energy, security, research, and urban development. You’ll help recruit top talent, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies that maintain Shinra’s standing as the planet’s premier energy provider.
Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition: Coordinate recruitment efforts, manage job postings, screen candidates, and facilitate onboarding of new hires across all departments, including SOLDIER support and civilian staff.
* Employee Relations: Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries, mediate workplace issues, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
* Performance & Development: Assist with performance reviews, training programs, and career development initiatives.
* Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure adherence to labor regulations, and support corporate compliance initiatives.
* Engagement & Retention: Support company-wide morale and recognition programs to foster a high-performance culture.
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information regarding personnel, security clearances, and interdepartmental transfers with discretion.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a large or multi-departmental organization.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
* Familiarity with Shinra corporate systems and Midgar labor policies a plus.
