Join to apply for the Casual Coach Developer role at Wiltshire FA.
Location: Home and various locations across Wiltshire.
Vacancy Type: Casual Contract. 90 hours per contract.

Key responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with other Coach Developers to design a Coach Development Playbook of practical session ideas, activities, and guidance tailored to 2- and 3-star clubs.
* Develop and manage positive relationships with 2-star and 3-star England Football Accredited clubs by engaging key club leaders and Coaching Leads.
* Support clubs in their development of a club specific Coach Development plan/programme that reflects FA Learning principles and prioritises the long-term development of people as well as football outcomes.
* Deliver Coach Developer Training for Club Coaching Leads across the County in line with the FA Coach Developer Framework and supporting materials.
* Plan and deliver CPD sessions in partnership with County FA and FA staff, as well as local youth leagues & clubs.
* Work with the Club Development Lead and Club Development Support to coordinate session dates, venues, and communications with clubs and leagues.

Someone with a strong understanding of the grassroots football landscape and a proven ability to deliver engaging, practical coach development. They’ll be confident building trust and fostering effective relationships within clubs, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to sharing ideas and best practice.
