Site Manager – Industrial/Logistics Project Location: Swindon Competitive Day Rate / Salary (DOE) Start: ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an industrial/logistics project based in Swindon. Requirements * Proven experience delivering Industrial and Logistics construction projects * Strong site management background with the ability to manage programmes, subcontractors, health & safety, and site operations * Competent user of Procore (or similar construction management software) * Must have own laptop and mobile phone for site-based reporting and communication * Excellent communication and organisational skills Essential Qualifications * SMSTS * First Aid at Work * Valid CSCS Card Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and client representatives while maintaining accurate reporting through Procore. Immediate start available.
