Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with proven 360 experience in the water, utilities, or environmental sectors. You will step directly into a warm, established desk with strong client relationships, steady job flow, and huge scope for further growth.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a specialist market, enjoys building long term client partnerships, and wants to accelerate their career within a thriving and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow an established permanent recruitment desk within the water sector
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
* Source, screen, and interview candidates with sector relevant skills and experience
* Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
* Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and consultancy to clients and candidates
* Contribute to business development, tendering, and account expansion
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
What we are looking for
* Experience: 360 recruitment background within water, utilities, environmental, or related technical sectors
* Proven success managing a busy desk and developing client relationships
* Strong commercial awareness and market understanding
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
