Description
As an HR Administrator, you are vital in helping to deliver HR services across our UK offices. You will assist with employee relations, ensure the timely processing of documentation, manage the onboarding process, provide support to Managers, and support various HR functions, to ensure the smooth running of processes and compliance with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in handling of human resources activities, including staff inductions.
* Assist with administrative duties, including personnel letters and maintenance of personnel system.
* Note-take in formal meetings.
* Assist in maintenance of office amenities, ensuring stock supply of stationary, tea/coffee.
* Place food orders weekly for offices across UK.
* Ensure office is maintained and presentable.
* Recruitment and onboarding administration for new staff.
