The role
The Site Manager will be responsible for managing all site operations, ensuring that equipment and all requirements are delivered and installed as per client SLAs and contracts. The role involves managing RAMS and Health & Safety elements, working closely with sub-contractors, and leading on-site teams. Conducting site surveys, reporting daily to internal teams, overseeing installation and de-rig processes are crucial. Ensuring correct processing of plant and machinery hire, quality control, and snagging after work completion are key responsibilities. This is a busy role involving travel across the UK, some weekend work (paid overtime), and work at high-profile events in various sectors.
About you
We are seeking a strong Site/Installation Manager with supervisory experience, ideally in the events or construction industry. Excellent communication skills, organization, and diligence are essential. A passion for events is important, as travel, longer hours, and overnight stays are part of the role. A UK driving license is required, with occasional international travel.
