Job title: Sales Executive
Location: Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Swindon
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis
Salary: £20,000 basic plus Uncapped OTE and Company Car
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, employee discount for servicing and popular retailers, as well as a purchase discount scheme
Bonus scheme: based on sales of new and used vehicles

The role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join our popular franchise, providing high-quality service to our customers, representing both Marshall Motor Group and a leading brand.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. We provide sales process, FCA, and compliance training, along with manufacturer-specific training to keep your knowledge current.

* Passionate and proactive in supporting customers and providing the right options
* Ability to build rapport easily and work in a target-driven environment
* Interested in the motor industry with a goal for a successful sales career
What you’ll do
* Ensure customers receive positive outcomes from every interaction
* Respond to queries related to vehicle sales
* Guide customers through their purchase, offering excellent service
* Achieve sales targets by exploring customer needs for finance and insurance
* Generate enquiries through prospecting and marketing
* Maintain knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options
* Manage vehicle handover, ensuring compliance
* Follow industry regulations regarding vehicle sales, finance, and insurance
