Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Reading
Contract: Temporary - ASAP for 3 months initially
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM (flexible start / finish times available)
Our client based on the outskirts of Reading is looking for a HR Administrator to assist their team on a temporary basis for 3 months initially, but this could be extended dependant on workload.
You will provide administrative support to the HR team and help ensure employee records and processes are kept accurate and up to date.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is interested in developing a career in Human Resources.
As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team
* Maintain and update employee records and filing systems
* Prepare standard letters and HR documents
* Update HR systems with employee information, holidays, and absences
* Support payroll administration by collating employee data
* Ensure confidentiality of all HR information
The successful HR Administrator will have the following related skills & experience:
