Power Platform Developer

Security Clearance: Active SC (preferred) or eligible for SC clearance
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
* Build workflows, dashboards, and apps using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
* Implement Omnichannel for Customer Service and AI-enhanced tools using Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, or Azure OpenAI Service.
* Collaborate with architects and business teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
* Follow security clearance protocols and handle sensitive data appropriately.
Requirements
* 5+ years experience as a Power Platform Developer or Dynamics 365 Developer.
* Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
* Familiarity with Copilot integration, AI agents, or GitHub Copilot.
* Understanding of Omnichannel for Customer Service is highly desirable.
* Active or eligible SC/DV/CTC clearance.
* Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
