The Role
The Onsite Account Manager will oversee the smooth operation of our client's recycling facility. Responsibilities include managing staff rotas, sickness, and holiday, recruiting and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed, and maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance.
This role involves becoming an expert in the sector to effectively recruit, train, and support the workforce.
Overview
* Support the facility's smooth operation.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with the client, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
* Manage onsite flexible workforce, including staff rotas, sickness, holiday, and timesheets.
* Recruit flexible workers and manage candidate pools.
* Complete weekly payroll.
* Conduct onsite inductions as needed.
* Manage compliance and employee records.
* Maintain high standards of site Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Skills & Experience
* Previous recruitment experience is essential.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
* Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is advantageous.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Good numeracy skills.
* Ability to multitask under pressure.
* Flexible and adaptable approach.
